Alcor is a work place where no two days are the same 🙂 On a regular basis you get to meet new people at client sites and from Alcor’s global team. There is a lot of learning from these Face-to-Face meetings and one never gets bored at Alcor! Due to its global set-up, even though, we work virtually, one doesn’t feel alone. The company training programs are great and work, on a day to day basis is easy going and fun.
We are always there for each other! We come together as a team when needed and I am very proud of this supportive environment.
So there was this instance, when one of my client comes up with a delivery deadline that literally shakes me up and I think – this is the end of me! In this dilemma, it was my sheer willingness to hit the finish line with the team that kept me motivated and excited. We did deliver as per the client’s needs and my pride, motivation and camaraderie with my team was sealed in 🙂
